This is a high-performance double lanyard. The rope is made of high-strength polyamide, offering both high strength and sound flexibility. The lanyard is equipped with two forged scaffold hooks and one alloy steel connecting ring. The forged hooks will only deform when subjected to a force greater than their breaking strength, ensuring they do not break.
The exceptional design of this lanyard makes it very convenient to use. The total length of the lanyard is 1.8m (including the two end accessories), and the length of the rope can be customized.
The loop's stitching is done with high-strength polyester thread, and the stitching area is protected with heat shrink tubing for added durability. The top of the stitching is equipped with a plastic thimble to effectively prevent friction between the rope and metal components. Additionally, the lanyard includes an energy absorber, making it more suitable for fall protection.
Before use, check the following conditions:
1. Whether the fibers are broken or torn
2. Whether the stitching at the loop is intact
3. Whether the metal components are deformed
4. Whether the energy absorber shows any signs of having been deployed.
